Court seizes more than 1,600 medical cases of Khmelnytskyi MSEC on disability, including of judges

The High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC) has seized more than 1,600 medical cases of the Khmelnytskyi Medical and Social Expert Commission (MSEC) on the obtainment of disability, among them are cases on the obtainment of disability by judges of the Khmelnytskyi Region.

This is evidenced by the court materials, the Ukrainian News agency reports.

Medical cases of more than 1,600 people were seized by the court decision.

Among them are cases of judges of the Court of Appeal of the Khmelnytskyi Region, Kamianets-Podilskyi City District Court, Nova Ushytsia District Court, Khmelnytskyi District Administrative Court, Khmelnytskyi City District Court.

Orders on personnel appointments signed by the head of the Khmelnytskyi MSEC Tetiana Krupa were also seized.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, the head of the Khmelnytskyi MSEC Tetiana Krupa explained where she got the money that was found during the search. The case of the head of the Khmelnytskyi MSEC Krupa was transferred to the NACB. The court seized UAH 5 million and USD 5 million found in the possession of the head of the Khmelnytskyi MSEC Krupa.

A resident of the apartment building, where the head of the Khmelnytskyi MSEC Tetiana Krupa lives, found two bags with dollars in the yard, took them and put them in his car.
