Russia keeps 1 missile carrier on combat duty in Black Sea – Navy
As of 06:00 a.m., Friday, November 8, the aggressor country of russia has one ship on combat duty in the Black Sea - the Kalibr cruise missile carrier; there are no enemy ships in the Sea of Azov.
The command of the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine announced this on the Telegram channel, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
"There is 1 enemy ship in the Black Sea that is a carrier of Kalibr cruise missiles with a total salvo of up to 4 missiles; there are no enemy ships in the Sea of Azov; in the Mediterranean Sea - 1 enemy ship that is a carrier of Kalibr cruise missiles with a total salvo of up to 8 missiles," the message says.
During the day, in the interests of the russian federation, the passage through the Kerch Strait was carried out by:
- to the Black Sea – 11 ships, of which 3 continued their movement in the direction of the Bosphorus Strait;
- to the Sea of Azov - 10 ships, of which 7 were moving from the Bosphorus Strait.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, one missile carrier was also in the Black Sea on November 7, and there were no enemy ships in the Sea of Azov.
