AFU destroy 1,240 invaders, 27 units of armored vehicles and 108 drones. General Staff names russia’s losses at front

Losses of personnel of the russian troops on October 23 increased by 1,240 to 684,280 people, Ukrainian defenders also destroyed 25 armored combat vehicles, 45 artillery systems and 108 drones over the past day.

This is stated in the message of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

The total combat losses of the enemy from February 24, 2022 to October 24, 2024 approximately amounted to:

• personnel - about 684,280 (+1,240) persons were eliminated;
• tanks - 9,090 (+2) units;
• armored combat vehicles - 18,254 (+25) units;
• artillery systems - 19,719 (+45) units;
• MLRS - 1,236 (+2) units;
• air defense equipment - 981 units;
• aircraft - 369 units;
• helicopters - 329 units;
• UAVs of the operational-tactical level - 17,597 (+108) units;
• cruise missiles - 2,625 units;
• ships/boats - 28 units;
• submarines - 1 unit;
• automotive equipment and tank trucks - 26,286 (+69) units;
• special equipment - 3,513 (+4) units.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the loss of personnel of the russian troops on October 22 increased by 1,460 to 683,040 people, equipment - by 30 armored vehicles and 51 artillery systems.
