Head of Mykolaiv MSEC Beliakova, whose son's russian passport was found, officially lives only on salary
Acting head of the Mykolaiv regional medical and social expert commission (MSEC), Vira Beliakova, at whom Security Service of Ukraine (SSU) employees found her son's russian passport, lives only on salary and has no savings, but bought an apartment in Odesa for UAH 1.4 million during the war.
This is evidenced by her electronic declaration of income for 2023, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
On May 5, 2023, she bought an apartment in Odesa for UAH 1,394,000.
The area of the apartment is 46 square meters.
She has a 2013 HYUNDAI I20 car, which she bought for UAH 45,000 in 2020, which at the exchange rate at that time was USD 1,500.
During the last year of the war, she earned UAH 500,000 as the head of the MSEC.
She also receives a pension, which in 2023 amounted to a little more than UAH 20,000.
Beliakova has no cash, savings and savings in banks.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, almost half a million US dollars and her son's russian passport were found in the possession of the head of the Mykolaiv regional MSEC. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that he called a meeting of the National Security and Defense Council and expects tough decisions due to abuses occurring in medical and social expert commissions. In October, journalists showed the incomes declared by the heads of regional MSEC centers.
