Russia keeps 2 ships in Black Sea, one of which is missile carrier – Navy

As of 06:00 a.m., Thursday, October 17, russia has two ships on combat duty in the Black Sea, one of them is a carrier of Kalibr cruise missiles with a total salvo of up to 4 missiles, there are no enemy ships in the Sea of ​​Azov.

The command of the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine announced this on the Telegram channel, the Ukrainian News agency reports.

"There are 2 enemy ships in the Black Sea, of which 1 is a carrier of Kalibr cruise missiles with a total salvo of up to 4 missiles; there are no enemy ships in the Sea of ​​Azov; in the Mediterranean Sea - 4 enemy ships, of which 3 are carriers of Kalibr cruise missiles with a total salvo of up to 16 missiles," the message says.

During the day, in the interests of the russian federation, passage through the Kerch Strait was carried out by:

- to the Black Sea - 2 ships, of which 1 continued its movement in the direction of the Bosphorus Strait;

- to the Sea of ​​Azov - 9 ships, of which 1 was moving from the Bosphorus Strait.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, as of the morning of October 15, there were also 2 enemy ships in the Black Sea, including 1 Kalibr cruise missile carrier, while there were no enemy ships in the Sea of ​​Azov.
