Today, October 16, the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy is to present to the Verkhovna Rada the Plan for Ukraine's victory in the war.

The speech was announced on October 14 by Serhii Leshchenko, adviser to the head of the Office of the President.

Later, some MPs confirmed his words.

At the same time, the advisor to the head of the President's Office, Mykhailo Podoliak, warned that Zelenskyy would talk about the plan without details. In particular, he will not announce the number and name of the weapons that will be used.

According to Podoliak, the key partners in terms of arms supplies to Ukraine are the USA, Great Britain, Germany, France and Italy.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy presented the details of Ukraine's Victory Plan to British Prime Minister Keir Starmer during their meeting in London.

Zelenskyy noted that the Victory Plan is designed to create the right conditions to end the war in a fair way.
