Defense Ministry announces competition for position of head of Digital Army SE
The of Ukraine has announced a competition for the position of the head of the Digital Army State Enterprise.
This is stated in the message of IT company Netpeak Group, which is engaged in recruiting, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
SE Digital Army works on services for military personnel and persons liable for military service. The team will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of a unified system of digital products of the Ministry of Defense.
"The responsibilities of the future manager will include effective management of the enterprise, development of corporate strategy, team formation and interaction with key stakeholders in the public sector," the report said.
Key requirements for candidates include:
- Experience in the position of CEO or COO from 3 years
- Fluency in English (level B2+)
- Understanding the management processes of state-owned enterprises
- High stress resistance and strong leadership qualities.
It is also noted that the selection process will include interviews with representatives of the Ministry of Defense and passing a polygraph.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, the Armed Forces received more than 37,000 CVs and revealed which military vacancies are the most popular.
