In Ukraine, night passed without Shaheds for the first time in last 48 days

On the night of October 13 to 14, 2024, for the first time in the last 48 hours, there were no launches of Shahed-type attack drones in the airspace of Ukraine. Russia's strategic aviation also remained inactive.

"In Ukraine, the night passed without the Shaheds for the first time in the last 48 days," the message reads.

According to the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the tactical aircraft of the enemy launched guided aerial bombs in the direction of the Zaporizhzhia and Sumy Regions. The activity of enemy aircraft was recorded in the south-eastern and north-eastern directions of Ukraine.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, satellite images of the aftermath of the attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine on warehouses with Shaheds near Yeysk have appeared.

It will be recalled that the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine informed that on October 9, the strike group of the forces and means of the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, in cooperation with the units of the Security Service of Ukraine, attacked the storage base of the Shahed UAVs, which is located near the settlement of Oktyabrsky in the Krasnodar Krai of the russian federation.

According to available information, about 400 attack drones were stored there. An accurate hit on the target was recorded. A secondary detonation was observed on the territory of the facility.
