BRSM-Nafta dilutes every 4 liters of Ukrainian gasoline with liter of alcohol from its own plant - Kuiun about "German fuel" of gas station network
BRSM-Nafta adds alcohol from the Fazor company to gasoline in a proportion of 25% or more. In a recent coming out, the gas station chain admitted that this enterprise belongs to it.
An expert on the fuel market, director of the A-95 Consulting Company, Serhii Kuiun, has written this.
"They write that BRSM has started importing German gasoline. It is also reported that the minimum price is UAH 5-8 cheaper than in verified places. Why import factory gasoline from Europe, take it to the Poltava or Kyiv Region (600-850 km from the border), add alcohol there? I don't think anyone actually makes a 1200-1700 km trip to the German gasoline. And alcohol is added somewhere on the spot, because its content is actually shown by laboratory studies (and not 10%, but 25% or more, as I wrote earlier)", the expert wrote.
He recalled that last week, during its coming-out, BRSM admitted for the first time that it has two "producers" in its structure - "Standard Oil 2000" and "TNT Group", as well as the alcohol producer "Fazor".
"Previously, gasoline was mixed with excise-free octane-enhancing solvents from the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus (they were imported by the Katma Group company, which they had previously renounced, but now suddenly recognized as their own). Now, when such an opportunity is not available, they are mixed with alcohol from Fazor. Quality, as they say, is for an amateur, but cheaper!" emphasized Kuiun.
The expert wonders why alcohol is added to high-quality German gasoline.
"BRSM itself writes that the quality of German gasoline is excellent. This is true: according to the documents, there is absolutely no ethanol in it, which is really rare. Then there is another question: why talk about its quality, when in fact it is taken to who knows where, alcohol is added and then sold as E-10 (up to 10% alcohol)? It's simple: there won't be the same economy on pure gasoline as after magic with alcohol at oil depots and mini-refineries," Kuiun explains.
As reported earlier, laboratory tests revealed 25-35% alcohol content in gasoline samples from BRSM-Nafta and MOTTO, which kills the engine. The "kit" included excess sulphur, benzene and increased oxygen content (the first sign of the addition of large amounts of alcohol).
