NSDC explains why russia transferring 2 MiG-31K aircraft to Belarus

Relocating the MiG to Belarus may also be an attempt by the russians to preserve the aircraft, which are always at risk at russian airfields. However, there are other versions.

Andrii Kovalenko, head of the Center for Countering Disinformation (CCD) under the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC), wrote about this.

"However, versions with provocations should not be rejected, because after the attack of the russian Shahed near Mozyr, where the refinery is located, which accidentally became public, it became clear that the russian federation may be preparing a provocation against Belarus," Kovalenko noted.

At the beginning of the full-scale war, russia had already stationed its planes at Belarusian airfields. Then it used them for massive shelling, but later it took away all aviation from there.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on October 4, Belarusian special services broke into a home and detained a woman whose home camera recorded the sound of a drone flying and then exploding, belonging to the aggressor country of russia.

On October 3, three unmanned attack drones of the Shahed type, which the aggressor country of russia had previously launched over Ukraine, flew into the airspace of Belarus.

On September 26, during another air attack of the russian federation on Ukraine, the Belarusian military took to the air combat aircraft.
