Russia takes Kalibr missile carriers to Black Sea. What is possible total salvo
As of 06:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 9, russia has 2 ships on combat duty in the Black Sea, which are carriers of Kalibr cruise missiles with a total salvo of up to 8 missiles, there are no enemy ships in the Sea of Azov.
The command of the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine announced this on the Telegram channel, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
"There are 2 enemy ships in the Black Sea that are carriers of Kalibr cruise missiles with a total salvo of up to 8 missiles; there are no enemy ships in the Sea of Azov; in the Mediterranean Sea - 3 enemy ships, of which 2 are carriers of Kalibr cruise missiles in total with a salvo of up to 20 missiles," the message says.
During the day, in the interests of the russian federation, passage through the Kerch Strait was carried out by:
- to the Black Sea – 7 ships, of which 1 continued its movement in the direction of the Bosphorus Strait;
- to the Sea of Azov - 11 ships, of which 4 were moving from the Bosphorus Strait.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, as of the morning of October 8, 16 russian ships were in the Black Sea, including 7 carriers of Kalibr cruise missiles with a total salvo of up to 48 missiles, and there were no enemy ships in the Sea of Azov.
