Deepening of ties between russia and Iran unbelievably destabilizing world - US Department of State

In the US, the deepening of ties between russia and Iran is considered an "incredibly destabilizing" factor not only for the Middle East, but also for the world in general.

This was announced by the spokesman of the US Department of State, Matthew Miller, the press service reports.

So, he said this in response to a journalist's question against the backdrop of Iran's latest attack on Israel, whether the US has concerns about the involvement of Iran's allies in this war - russia, China - given their cooperation on another front, in Ukraine.

"Certainly we see deepening ties between Iran and russia as incredibly destabilizing for the region. It's incredibly destabilizing to the world, and that includes the Middle East. This is true wherever Iran and russia operate," Miller replied.
