Court declassifies whereabouts of suspect in murder of Farion

The Halytskyi District Court of Lviv named the prison where the suspect in the murder of Iryna Farion, Vyacheslav Zinchenko, is being held.

This is stated in court documents, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

It is stated that Zinchenko is being held in "Lviv Penitentiary No. 19", which is located at the address of the city of Lviv, 20, Horodotska Street.

Also, during the court session regarding the extension of his preventive measure, the court took into account the testimony of witnesses from the military academy "Dronarium", where the defendant took a course in UAV control.

The instructor of the academy reported that Zinchenko did take the training course in the period from March 11, 2024 to March 15, 2024.

The witness noted that the suspect was silent, communicated exclusively with his partner and only because it was necessary to complete the assigned tasks.

According to him, Zinchenko did not and does not maintain relations with the representatives of the Academy.

Zinchenko's partner in drone training said that after graduation, he did not write to him or talk to him on the phone or in any messengers, because even during the training, the person involved did not communicate much with others who were taking a UAV course.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, investigators determined by the smell of blood that the suspect in the murder of Farion was at the scene of the crime.
