AFU eliminate 1,250 invaders, 32 units of armored vehicles and 38 drones. General Staff names russia’s losses over day

Losses of personnel of the russian troops on September 29 increased by 1,250 to 653,030 people, Ukrainian defenders also destroyed 5 tanks, 27 armored fighting vehicles and 27 artillery systems.

This is stated in the message of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

The total combat losses of the enemy from February 24, 2022 to September 30, 2024 approximately amount to:

• personnel - about 653,060 (+1,250) persons were eliminated;
• tanks - 8,874 (+5) units;
• armored combat vehicles - 17,503 (+27) units;
• artillery systems - 18,822 (+27) units;
• MLRS - 1,204 units;
• air defense equipment - 963 (+1) units;
• aircraft - 369 units;
• helicopters - 328 units;
• UAVs of operational-tactical level - 16,224 (+38) units;
• cruise missiles - 2,610 units;
• ships/boats - 28 units;
• submarines - 1 unit;
• automotive equipment and tank trucks - 25,548 (+53) units;
• special equipment - 3,313 (+16) units.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the losses of personnel of the russian troops on September 27 increased by 1,470 to 650,640 people, equipment - by 14 tanks, 42 armored vehicles and 55 artillery systems.
