AFU eliminate 1,340 occupiers, 59 units of armored vehicles and 35 artillery systems. General Staff names russia’s losses over day

Losses of the personnel of the russian troops on September 19 increased by 1,340 to 639,480 people, Ukrainian defenders also destroyed 20 tanks, 39 armored fighting vehicles, 35 artillery systems and 52 drones.

This is stated in the message of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

As of September 20, russia's losses are:

• personnel - about 639,480 (+1,340) people;
• tanks - 8,725 (+20) units;
• armored combat vehicles - 17,132 (+39) units;
• artillery systems - 18,212 (+35);
• MLRS - 1,189 units;
• air defense equipment - 949 (+2) units;
• aircraft - 369 (+0) units;
• helicopters - 328 (+0) units;
• UAVs of operational-tactical level - 15,469 (+52) units;
• cruise missiles - 2,593 (+1) units;
• ships/boats - 28 (+0) units;
• submarines - 1 (+0) units;
• automotive equipment and tank trucks - 24,898 (+59) units;
• special equipment - 3,115 (+6).

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on September 18, losses of personnel of the russian troops increased by 1,130 to 638,140 people, equipment - by 14 tanks, 13 armored fighting vehicles, 23 artillery systems and 63 drones.
