Thus, enemy Telegram channels are spreading messages about an alleged outbreak of a bacterial infection in Kherson, which threatens the residents of Ukrainian-controlled areas.

"The propagandists claim that the disease was caused by the pollution of the Dnieper by the bodies of Ukrainian military personnel and the failure of sewage treatment plants," the report says.

After verifying information about the sanitary-epidemic situation in the city in the Kherson Regional Military Administration, the Center reported that no outbreaks of infections have been recorded, and the epidemic situation is normal.

Also recently, a daily survey of water sanitary indicators was conducted in the Chornobayivka community of the Cherkasy Region. The State Consumer Service did not find any dangerous deviations from the norms, the sanitary-epidemic situation in the region is stable.

"This fake is aimed at spreading panic among the population and discrediting the Armed Forces of Ukraine," the department emphasized.
