AFU destroy aircraft, 1,140 occupants, 14 tanks and 65 artillery systems. General Staff reports losses of russians per day

The losses of personnel of the russian troops on July 23 increased by 1,140 to 570,120 people, Ukrainian defenders also destroyed an airplane, 14 tanks and 65 artillery systems.

This is stated in the Telegram message of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Ukrainian News agency reports.

The total combat losses of the enemy from 02/24/22 to 07/24/24 approximately amounted to:

• personnel - about 570,120 (+1,140) people were eliminated;
• tanks – 8,302 (+14) units;
• armored combat vehicles - 16,013 (+13) units;
• artillery systems - 15,759 (+65) units;
• MLRS – 1,125 units;
• air defense equipment - 902 (+1) units;
• aircraft - 363 (+1) units;
• helicopters - 326 units;
• UAVs of operational-tactical level - 12,544 (+33) units;
• cruise missiles – 2,402 (+1) units;
• ships/boats - 28 units;
• submarines - 1 unit;
• motor vehicles and tank trucks - 21,279 (+77) units;
• special equipment – 2,650 (+10) units.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on July 23, servicemen of the 110th Separate Mechanized Brigade of the Armed Forces shot down a Su-25 attack aircraft of the russian occupation army. The incident took place on the Pokrovsk axis in the Donetsk Region.
