Belarus preparing false flag operations on border with Ukraine to show its strength to China – National Resistance Center

The security agencies of Belarus are preparing to conduct so-called false flag operations in the border zone with Ukraine at a time when the country is starting the first joint military exercises with China.

The National Resistance Center has said this in a statement, the Ukrainian News agency reports.

Thus, the department received information about the preparation of provocations, which they themselves will successfully prevent in order to show their Chinese colleagues "their capabilities."

It is noted that from July 8 to 19, the first joint training of special operations forces of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus and servicemen of the People's Liberation Army of the People's Republic of China will take place on the territory of Belarus. The exercises have the status of "anti-terrorist".

The National Resistance Center reports that on the eve of the exercises and the arrival of the Chinese units, the Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus, Major General Vladimir Kupriyaniuk, announced the threat of armed provocations being prepared and carried out on the territory of Belarus "in the context of increasing the presence of special-purpose units, mercenaries and various volunteer formations in the border areas".

"This statement was intended to prepare an informational field for the Belarusian side to carry out its own provocations, because it will be extremely beneficial for it in the context of Belarus's entry into the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) and the first joint anti-terrorist exercises with the Ukrainian Armed Forces to show the ability of its own security agencies to respond to threats," - explains the department.

The National Resistance Center concludes that the Belarusian security forces plan to "successfully suppress armed provocations" along the Ukrainian-Belarusian border, after which an attempt will be made to blame Ukraine.

We will remind you that Belarus and China have started joint military exercises in the territory of the Brest Region, which borders both Ukraine and Poland. In Minsk, the exercise was called "anti-terrorist training".
