AFU Navy informs about enemy ships in Black Sea
As of June 1, there are 4 enemy ships in the Black Sea.
It was reported by the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
There are no enemy ships in the Sea of Azov.
In the Mediterranean Sea, there is one enemy ship, which is the carrier of Kalibr cruise missiles with a total salvo of up to 8 missiles.
During the day, in the interests of the russian federation, the following carried out the passage along the Kerch Strait:
- to the Black Sea - 6 ships, of which 5 continued their movement in the direction of the Bosphorus Strait;
- to the Sea of Azov - 7 ships, of which 2 continued their movement in the direction of the Bosphorus Strait.
"The Russian Federation continues to violate the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea of 1974 (SOLAS) by turning off automatic identification systems (AIS)," the Navy of the Armed Forces of Ukraine emphasized.
It is also reported that last night during a combined attack from the Black Sea, the enemy launched Kalibr cruise missiles towards the southern regions of Ukraine.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on Friday, May 31, russia kept 3 ships on combat duty in the Black Sea, and 2 in the Sea of Azov.
