AFU destroy 870 occupiers, 27 artillery systems and 26 drones. General Staff reports losses of russians per day
The losses of russia in the war in Ukraine on Friday morning, April 19, amount to 870 occupiers per day, the total number of losses of the russian army since the beginning of the invasion is 457,830 soldiers. In addition, the Armed Forces destroyed two air defense means and three missiles.
It was announced on Facebook by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The total combat losses of the enemy from 02/24/22 to 04/19/24 were approximately:
- personnel - about 457,830 (+ 870) people eliminated;
- tanks - 7,205 (+ 9) units;
- armored fighting vehicles - 13,852 (+ 17) units;
- artillery systems - 11,658 (+ 21) units;
- MLRS - 1,046 units;
- air defense equipment - 762 (+ 2) units;
- aircraft - 347 units;
- helicopters - 325 units;
- operational-tactical level UAVs - 9,311 (+ 27) units;
- cruise missiles - 2,096 (+ 3) units;
- ships/boats - 26 units;
- submarines - 1 unit;
- motor vehicles and tank trucks - 15,671 (+ 53) units;
- special equipment - 1,915 units.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, russia's losses in the war in Ukraine on the morning of Thursday, April 18, amounted to 910 occupiers per day, the total number of losses of the russian army since the beginning of the invasion made 456,960 soldiers. In addition, the Armed Forces destroyed 31 motor vehicles and 13 artillery systems.
