Representatives of self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic and Luhansk People's Republic will attend the meeting of the Tripartite Liaison Group on Donbas (Ukraine-Russia-OSCE) to be held in Minsk (Belarus) on June 16, said Daria Olifer, a spokesperson for Ukraine's representative in the group, former President of Ukraine (199-2005) Leonid Kuchma. "The Tripartite Liaison Group is convening a meeting tomorrow, June 16, to be attended by representatives of Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics, Heidi Tagliavini (OSCE representative), Leonid Kuchma (former president of Ukraine) and Azamat Kulmuhametov, special envoy of the Russian Foreign Ministry," the spokesperson noted. She also pointed to the meeting of three subgroups (on security, political and humanitarian affairs) beforehand. As Ukrainian News reported, Ukraine, Germany and France rule out possible membership of representatives of Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics in the Tripartite Liaison Group.
