Sales of new cars up 47% to 4,400 in January

In January 2024, the sales of new passenger cars increased by 47% year over year to 4,400.

This follows from a statement by the Ukravtoprom association, the Ukrainian News agency reports.

Among new passenger cars, Toyota cars were in the greatest demand in January – 764 registered cars.

In second place are Renault cars (504 registered cars), third place in the ranking is occupied by Volkswagen cars (476 cars), fourth place is Skoda cars (312 cars), and fifth place is Nissan (188 cars).

The best-selling car in January was the Renault Duster (479 cars sold).

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, in 2023, the sale of new cars increased by 60.6% year over year to almost 61,000 units.
