On August 17, the Ministry of Finance placed a record low volume of government bonds since the beginning of the year at UAH 788.4 million.
The Ministry of Finance has said this in a statement, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
Government bonds with a circulation period of 373 days were sold for UAH 552.563 million at 11.14% per annum, 462 days - for UAH 49.225 million at 11.3% per annum and 1,050 days - for UAH 186.653 million at 12.3% per annum.
In total, UAH 788.442 million was attracted to the state budget.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in 2020, the Finance Ministry attracted UAH 258.8 billion, USD 3.9 billion and EUR 845 million from the placement of government domestic loan bonds.
In 2019, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine attracted UAH 227.6 billion, USD 4.3 billion, and EUR 387 million from the placement of government domestic loan bonds.
