The parliament has introduced compulsory chemical castration of pedophiles aged 18-65 and created an open public register of pedophiles.
The relevant draft law (No. 6449) was approved by 247 votes, with only 226 votes required for its approval, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the parliament ratified an agreement on a free trade area (FTA) between Ukraine and Israel on Thursday.
