The Foreign Affairs Ministry of Ukraine states that in the last three years since reaching the Minsk agreements in Minsk (the Republic of Belarus), the Russian Federation has not fulfilled an item on implementation of the agreed measures.
Spokesperson of the Foreign Affairs Ministry of Ukraine Mariyana Betsa has written this on Twitter, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
The complex of measures on implementation of the protocol (so-called Minsk 2) was agreed by the Normandy Format leaders (Ukraine, Germany, Russia and France) in Minsk and signed by representatives of the Trilateral Contact Group (Ukraine - Russia - OSCE) on the implementation of the peace plan in the East of Ukraine on February 12, 2015.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, Minister of Defense Stepan Poltorak states that Russia has violated the ceasefire regime in Donbas 14,000 times since the signing of the Minsk agreements.
