The State Fiscal Service states that 63,900 cars with foreign number plates illegally stay in Ukraine.
The press service of the Service announced this in a statement, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
The statement reads that the 63,900 cars and other commercial transport vehicles with foreign number plates that were brought to Ukraine in 2015-2017 stay in Ukraine illegally as the period for their stay in the country has expired.
The statement reads that since 2015 the authorities have fined UAH 206.5 million owners of the vehicles with foreign plates for expired period of stay in Ukraine.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in early August, the State Fiscal Service said 52,200 cars with foreign registration illegally stay in Ukraine.
