Militants shelled the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) forces positions 24 times on August 31.

The ATO headquarters press-center has posted this on Facebook, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, militants shelled the ATO forces positions 19 times on August 30.

The Trilateral Contact Group (Ukraine - Russia - OSCE) on the implementation of the peace plan in the East of Ukraine has confirmed its commitment to permanent ceasefire in Donbas in view of the start of new academic year from August 25.
