Kyiv-based Ukrainian Trade Guild consulting company (UTG) states that in May, the weighted average rents for shopping premises in Kyiv made USD 32.1 per square meter a month.
The company has said this in a statement, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
According to UTG, despite positive dynamics, there will be no considerable changes in the shopping premises market before the end of 2017, the rents are expected to remained unchanged.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, according to experts, the vacancy level for shopping and shopping-leisure centers in Kyiv made 10% in the first quarter of 2017.
