Military Prosecutors Files Indictment Of Ex-President Yanukovych To Court

The Military Prosecutor's Office has filed to the Pecherskyi District Court of Kyiv an indictment of former president Viktor Yanukovych accused of high treason.

Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yurii Lutsenko has said this at a briefing, the Ukrainian News Agency reports.

He said that Prosecutor of the Military Prosecutor's Office Ruslan Kravchenko, 27, will present the indictment at the court.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, Yanukovych's defense team states that the prosecutor's office had failed to provide it with the indictment.
