ZTE Corporation, second biggest Chinese manufacturer of telecom equipment and mobile phones, has announced a start of the official sale of 12 smartphone models in Ukraine.
Director of Sales of Mobile Devices at ZTE Ukraine Maksym Donych announced this at the presentation of the new devices, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
Prices for ZTE smartphones range from UAH 1,399 to 15,999.
According to ZTE, the market demand for its mobile devices in Ukraine surpassed its expectations.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, Vodafone Ukraine mobile carrier has launched the sale of smartphones to its brand in the low and medium price brackets at the Ukrainian market.
ZTE was founded in 1985 in China; it is headquartered in Shenzhen.
Since December 2004, ZTE has been listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
