The Chief Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine says 40 officers of the Russian army have arrived in Donbas to select militants' defense areas. The Directorate press service announced this in a statement posted on its page in Facebook, Ukrainian News Agency reports. "September 26-27, two groups of military officers of the armed forces of Russia (close to 40 men) arrived in Krasny Luch from the headquarters of the Center of territorial troops (Novocherkask). They will render assistance in defining new areas of the defense of the Russian occupational forces and will act as mediators during brigade and regiment tactical exercises," reads the statement. The statement reads that five cars with ammunition arrived from Russia in Vuhlehirsk, Donetsk region, 2 tanks, 2 trucks (with anti-aircraft mounts), 200 tons of fuel arrived in Sverdlovsk, Luhansk region. As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the Chief Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine said four militants were killed in the anti-terrorist operation zone September 26-27.
