The Dutch prosecutors have concluded that Malaysian Airlines Flight MH17 was downed by a Buk missile delivered from Russia and fired from a territory controlled by Russian militants at the moment of the air crash in July 2014.

This was said in the Netherlands during the presentation of a report on results of technical investigation into reasons of the air crash, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
