Poplavskyi's universities searched: investigative actions carried out at Kyiv National University of Culture and Arts and Kyiv University of Culture

On May 7, law enforcement officers are conducting searches at two educational institutions associated with Mykhailo Poplavskyi.

This is reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the National Police.

According to the publication's sources, the searches are simultaneously taking place at the Kyiv National University of Culture and Arts, where Poplavskyi previously held the position of rector, as well as at the private Kyiv University of Culture, of which he is the founder.

The police stated that they are not disclosing the reasons for the searches or the procedural status of the persons involved in the case at this time.

We will remind, at the Kyiv University of Culture, a scheme of embezzlement of budget funds on a particularly large scale was exposed and the honorary president of the university, Mykhailo Poplavskyi, was detained.
