In russian Tuapse, after a series of drone attacks on a marine terminal, the liquidation of the consequences continues: a spill of oil products was recorded, and the level of harmful substances in the air exceeds the norm by several times.

This was reported by the local publication Mediazona.

According to the governor of the Krasnodar Krai, Veniamin Kondratyev, about 300 people had to be involved in extinguishing the fire. He added that Rospotrebnadzor regularly takes air samples for the content of harmful substances.

The marine terminal in Tuapse was attacked by Ukrainian drones on April 20 - this was the second strike within a week. The first fire was extinguished the day before the new attack.

It is noted that the operational headquarters of the region reported that they continue to eliminate the spill of oil products, which on April 24 overflowed over the boom barriers due to the rise in the level of the Tuapse River.

As reported, earlier, residents of the city talked about the "oil rain" that fell on April 22, and also published photos of stray animals covered in soot and birds with traces of oil on their plumage.

The operational headquarters reported that the concentration of harmful substances in the air of Tuapse is two to three times higher than the permissible level.
