The future Prime Minister of Hungary, Peter Magyar, said that he is not ready to discuss the issue of returning the blocked Ukrainian assets of Oschadbank before his official inauguration.

This is reported by Telex.

Commenting on the statements of President Volodymyr Zelenskyy regarding the possible involvement of the previous Hungarian government in the disappearance of funds, Magyar questioned this information.

"We do not know the reality, we have only seen propaganda news," he noted.

The politician added that he has doubts about the details of this case and called for assessing the situation from the position of "common sense".

According to him, after taking office as Prime Minister, he plans to discuss this issue with Zelenskyy, but it is not a priority for him.

In addition, Magyar announced his intention to open the Druzhba oil pipeline.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on March 6, Hungarian government spokesman Zoltán Kovács said that seven Ukrainian citizens who were traveling with money on a collection flight from Austria and were captured on the night of March 6 would be deported from the country.
