Trump announces end of war against Iran - Fox News

US President Donald Trump has announced that the military operation against Iran is officially over. This was reported by Fox News journalist Maria Bartiromo based on personal communication with the head of the White House.

During a conversation near the presidential residence, the journalist drew attention to the fact that Trump constantly used the past tense when talking about the armed conflict. She decided to clarify this point directly with the head of state.

"I said to him: 'Mr. President, you constantly talk about the war in the past tense - was, was, was'. I asked: 'Is it over?' He replied: 'It's over'," Bartiromo said in a video on her Instagram page.

In addition to the situation with Iran, the US President also paid attention to economic issues and the future of the NATO Alliance. The journalist promised to publish full details of the conversation and an extended interview with Donald Trump later. So far, officials from the presidential administration have not provided additional clarifications on the technical details of the completion of the operation.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, meanwhile, talks between the US and Iran in Pakistan lasted 21 hours and ended without reaching an agreement. US Vice President JD Vance said that Tehran had rejected Washington's demand to abandon the development of nuclear weapons.
