Enemy troops struck the territory of the Ivano-Frankivsk Region during the morning attack on February 17. This was reported by the head of the Regional Military Administration Svitlana Onyshchuk.
As a result of the shelling, the heat supply was forced to be suspended in one of the communities, but specialists have already begun restoration work to restore heat to the dwelling. Fortunately, there were no casualties among the civilian population.
Currently, all relevant services are working at the scene, and information about other possible damage continues to be clarified. The head of the region also reminded that hourly power outage schedules continue to operate in the Prykarpattia area.
She thanked the air defense forces for protecting the sky and urged residents to remain calm while the consequences of the strike are being eliminated.
