In the village of Rudne, near Lviv, on January 14, a man shot several times at a minibus belonging to the district territorial center for recruitment and social support. It was reported by the police and the regional territorial recruitment and social support center.
The incident occurred around 10 a.m. at the intersection of Lesi Ukrainky and Nebesnoi Sotni streets. The driver of a Volkswagen Passat fired several shots at the Volkswagen Transporter and then fled the scene. The attacker is currently being identified.
There were no casualties as a result of the shooting, but the minibus was damaged.
Investigators opened criminal proceedings under Part 4 of Article 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (hooliganism). The offender faces imprisonment for a term of three to seven years.
On December 24, an aggressive crowd attacked a notification group of a territorial recruitment and social support center in the Rivne Region. This happened after the police officers who were part of the group tried to stop a car and check the driver's documents. As a result, one of the soldiers was hit with a crowbar.
