Russian occupants attacked a railroad in the Donetsk Region with a drone. As a result, two employees of Ukrzaliznytsia were injured. Oleksandr Pertsovskyi, the Chairman of the Board of JSC Ukrzaliznytsia, announced this on his Facebook page.

"Two railway workers were injured in the Donetsk Region. A train driver and a railroad car inspector. Their condition is stable, they are being treated in hospital. The UAVs were not picked up by the monitoring devices, but both were wearing official protective equipment, which helped a lot. The locomotive itself also has additional protection," he said.

Pertsovskyi said that the railroaders were carrying out a civilian mission to move power equipment.

"Another insidious targeted attack on railroad workers, another attempt to intimidate the Donetsk Region," he added.
