In December, the Supervisory Board of PrivatBank received salaries ranging from UAH 723,000 to UAH 1.7 million.
This is evidenced by the data on the website of the bank, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
It is noted that in December 2025, eight members of the Bank's Supervisory Board were paid remuneration for performing their functions for November and December 2025; one member of the Supervisory Board was paid remuneration for November 2025, as well as payments related to reimbursement of expenses incurred during November - December 2025.
The members of the bank's Supervisory Board received the following salaries in December: UAH 723,000, UAH 1.748 million, UAH 1.160 million, two - UAH 1.451 million and four - UAH 1.596 million.
The Supervisory Board of the bank consists of 9 people: Chairman - Nils Melngailis, members - Artem Shevaliov, Zbigniew Jagiełło, Nadir Shaikh, Mihai Ionescu, Federico Russo, Volodymyr Lytvyn, Yuliia Metsher, Serhii Oleksiienko.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, in 2024, PrivatBank increased its profit by 6% to a record UAH 40.1 billion.
100% of PrivatBank belongs to the state represented by the Ministry of Finance.
