Defense forces hit oil depot in Belgorod Oblast of russia and several other targets: details

On the night of January 7, the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck the Oskolneftesnab oil depot in the Belgorod Oblast of the russian aggressor state, causing a large-scale fire. In addition, logistics warehouses in the occupied part of the Donetsk Region and tanks at the oil depot in the Yaroslavl Oblast of the russian federation were damaged.

It was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

"As part of reducing the offensive capabilities of the Russian aggressor, on the night of January 7, units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck the Oskolneftesnab oil depot near the village of Kotel, Belgorod Oblast of the Russian Federation. The oil depot is involved in providing fuel to the occupying army," the statement said.

It is noted that as a result of hits to the tanks, a large-scale fire was recorded at the facility

In addition, in order to disrupt the enemy's logistics, a logistics depot of the 20th motorized rifle division of the invaders was hit in the temporarily occupied territory of Donetsk region

The extent of the damage in both cases is being clarified

At the same time, according to the results of previous attacks, it was found that two vertical tanks RVS-5000 - a vertical steel tank with a volume of 5000 cubic meters - were damaged at the Temp strategic reserve oil depot in the Yaroslavl Oblast of the russian federation.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, the Ukrainian Defense Forces hit the 100th arsenal of the russian armed forces in the Kostroma Oblast of the russian federation and the Gerkon Plus oil depot in the Lipetsk Oblast. In addition, the Ukrainian military hit three enemy UAV control centers, a 9S32 radar station and a concentration of manpower.
