Ukrainian defense forces reduced the number of the russian occupation army by 750 invaders over the past day. Russia's total combat losses in manpower amounted to 1,210,630 people.
Hundreds of units of enemy equipment and weapons were also eliminated.
Updated data on russian losses was released by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In the morning report of January 3, the General Staff said that the day before, Ukrainian soldiers also destroyed three tanks (11,497), four armored combat vehicles (23,855), 24 artillery systems (35,744), one MLRS (1,590), 539 operational and tactical UAVs (99,582).
101 units of vehicles and tankers were also destroyed (72,688).
Russia lost 672 units of weapons and equipment, including drones, over the day.
In total, during the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, russia also lost 1,267 air defense systems, 434 aircraft, 347 helicopters, 4,137 cruise missiles, 28 ships/boats, two submarines and 4,035 pieces of special equipment.
