During two days of fighting on the Pokrovsk axis, servicemen of the 1st Corps of the National Guard of Ukraine "Azov" eliminated 151 soldiers of the russian occupation army.
The Corps reported this yesterday evening, August 13.
Together with the adjacent units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine, the Corps' fighters destroyed 151 occupiers. At least 70 more soldiers of the russian army were wounded.
The Ukrainian military also managed to capture eight occupiers.
It was emphasized that fighting continues in the Corps' zone of responsibility. The occupiers are suffering significant losses, and the Ukrainian military has planned and is implementing the necessary measures.
As a reminder, on Tuesday, August 12, the 1st Corps of the National Guard of Ukraine "Azov" announced its move to the Pokrovsk axis to repel the offensive of the invaders.
The day before, on August 11, the Ukrainian analytical project DeepState reported on the advance of the russian army in the areas of three settlements in the Donetsk Region.
At the same time, in the area of Pokrovsk and Dobropillia, the russians managed to make a 10-kilometer breakthrough to the north and reach the new defensive line of the Ukrainian army.
The day before, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine announced that a 110,000-strong group of the russian army is operating in the area of Pokrovsk of the Donetsk Region.
