A 23-year-old pregnant woman named Diana, who was injured during the russian missile shelling of Kamianske in the Dnipropetrovsk Region, has died.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has announced this.
The strike occurred on the night of July 29. It damaged medical facilities: a maternity ward and a ward of the city hospital. It also completely destroyed a three-story building that was not in use.
Initially, only two deaths were known. Two more women were in serious condition, one of them pregnant. Later, information appeared that she died.
Five injuries were reported.
The russian attack destroyed about 10 cars and damaged the windows and facades of residential buildings.
Relevant services are working at the scene, documenting the extent of the destruction and providing assistance to the victims.
Recall that on the night of July 29, russian forces launched a series of strikes on the Zaporizhzhia Region, one of which hit a penitentiary. The strike killed 16 people and injured 35 more. The attack was carried out by at least eight airstrikes, probably using FAB bombs.
