After kremlin's statements about "victories" in Kursk Oblast, AFU General Staff names real losses of russia in this region

Since the beginning of the Kursk operation of the Defense Forces of Ukraine, from 06.08.2024, the losses of the russian army in the operational zone of the "Kursk" group of troops are:

• personnel – 62,400 people,
• of them irretrievable – 25,200, medical – 36,200.

Another 983 servicemen of the aggressor army were taken prisoner.

This is stated in an operational report from the command of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Thanks to this, exchanges took place, which allowed hundreds of our soldiers to return home from russian captivity.

The total losses of the DPRK army in the Kursk direction amount to more than four and a half thousand killed and wounded.

"The struggle continues," the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine emphasized.
