The Ukrainian military can monitor russia's compliance with the ceasefire in the Black Sea. There they are constantly monitoring the water area.
The commander of the Ukrainian Navy, Vice Admiral Oleksii Neizhpapa, reported this in an interview with Krym.Realii.
Ukraine is aware of everything that is happening in the Black Sea water area.
"It's very simple. We are currently monitoring at sea. You see the Navy's reports every day about how many enemy ships are in the sea. We are monitoring the situation completely... We have complete information about where, what is being done and what is happening on the part of the enemy," Neizhpapa said.
He added that monitoring is carried out not only by the Navy, but also by the Air Forces, intelligence forces, and the Ministry of Defense.
The Navy also reported that the Armed Forces of Ukraine have their own intelligence system, but Ukrainian partners have better and broader capabilities.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, the US and russia agreed at the White House on safe shipping in the Black Sea.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that the delegations of Ukraine and the US at a meeting in Saudi Arabia agreed on how Kyiv would respond to possible ceasefire violations by the aggressor country russia.
