Ukrainian Defense Forces hit oil depot of russian occupiers – General Staff

On the night of Wednesday, December 11, the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck an oil depot located in the Bryansk Oblast of russia, which caused a fire.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has stated this on Facebook, the Ukrainian News agency reports.

"On the night of December 11, units of the Unmanned Systems Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Defense Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine struck an oil depot located in the Bryansk Oblast of the Russian Federation," the message says.

According to available information, there was a hit on the oil depot with subsequent fire, a massive fire broke out.

The results of the combat operation are being clarified.

According to the General Staff, the Bryansk oil depot is a loading point of the Druzhba oil pipeline, the main function of which is the reception, storage, distribution and shipment of diesel fuel to tanker trucks and rail transport; it is actively used to supply the russian occupation army.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on the night of November 29, the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck the Atlas oil depot in the Rostov Oblast of the russian federation, which caused a fire.

Russian social networks reported that on the night of Wednesday, December 11, drones attacked another oil refinery in the russian federation, and a fire broke out at the oil refinery of the russian pipeline operator Transneft.
