The award ceremony took place in Grozny during an MMA match, reports the Telegram channel "Ostrozhno, novosti", which published a video of the certificate presentation - it was transmitted by the editor-in-chief of the Book of Records of russia, Stanislav Konenko.
In addition, Adam Kadyrov received a medal for popularizing the russian Book of Records - Konenko did not specify what his popularization activities were.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on August 15, 2023, in Grozny, Adam Kadyrov beat Mykyta Zhuravel, who was arrested on charges of burning the Koran.
