Losses of personnel of the russian troops on July 31 increased by 1,370 to 579,490 people; also, Ukrainian defenders destroyed 9 tanks, 42 armored fighting vehicles, 33 artillery systems, and 115 drones last day.
This follows from a statement by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine posted on Telegram, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
Thus, the enemy lost 9 tanks (total – 8,399), 33 armored combat vehicles (total – 16,203), 33 artillery systems (total – 16,119), 1 MLRS (total – 1,132), 77 units of automotive equipment and tank trucks (total - 21,816), 1 unit of special equipment (total - 2,713), and 115 drones (total - 12,968).
Since the beginning of the war, the enemy has also lost 907 air defense systems, 1 cruise missile (2,407 in total), 363 planes, 326 helicopters, 28 ships/boats, and 1 submarine.
