In April 2024, compared to April 2023, sales of new commercial vehicles increased by 13% to 1,049 units.
This is stated in the message of the Ukravtoprom association, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
Compared to March 2024, sales of new commercial vehicles decreased by 1%.
Among the new commercial vehicles in April, Renault vehicles were in greatest demand - 257 registered vehicles.
Commercial vehicles of the Scania brand were in second place in the rating - (107 registered vehicles), Volkswagen vehicles were in third place (89 vehicles), Peugeot vehicles were fourth (74 vehicles), and Fiat were fifth - (54 cars).
Since the beginning of the year, 3,913 new trucks and special vehicles have been sold, which is 24% more than in the same period last year.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in 2023, compared to 2022, the sale of new commercial vehicles increased by 65% to 11,300 units.
